An iPhone glitch is causing typos and frustration.
Some users say when they type a lower case "i," the phone's autocorrect feature changes it to an uppercase "A" and a symbol with a question mark.
The bug appears to be plaguing iPhones with the new iOS 11.1 software.
Apple said in an online post Monday that a future update should fix the error.
The company also published the following temporary fix on the Apple website.
- Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement.
- Tap the plus sign.
- For Phrase, type an uppercase "I". For Shortcut, type a lowercase "i."
- Tap save.
